Ever Bright Complex Needs Support Services (Ever Bright) is an Alberta based company that was founded in response to a growing need for support solutions required by youth and adults with complex needs in Northern Canada. Ever Bright provides wrap-around support services for youth and adults with disabilities/complex needs across Northern Canada. Ever Bright provides a unified approach to housing and support for individuals with disabilities/complex needs. Ever Bright plays a central role in the best service delivery approach for the vulnerable and disadvantaged in our community. Ever Bright provides a quality workforce for a better support program and housing.

Tools and Strategies

Ever Bright uses a variety of tools and strategies to ensure continued success of our individuals and a consistent, high level of quality in our services.

These include;

In reach during the beginning stages of transition to the program to ensure comfort and familiarity for the individual
Consideration of suitability of individual in relation to other individuals at the program
Risk assessment to ensure individual’s needs are being met and safety risks are identified
Free flowing and consistent communication with all supports, clinicians, and other support agencies involved with the individual
Adequate staffing according to individual needs
Daily documentation of progress

Daily and Monthly reporting of activities, concerns, progress and all other pertinent information

YOUTH AND ADULT RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS

Youth and Adult Residential Programs provide 24 hour staffed living accommodations for individuals with complex needs. This program focuses on the safety of the individuals.

TRANSITIONAL YEARS PROGRAMS

Transitional Years Programs provides 24 hour staffed living accommodations for youth and adults with complex needs. These programs are designed to help young members.

EMERGENCY RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROGRAMS

Ever Bright also provides Emergency Residential Support (respite) for individuals without placement. This initiative partners with community agencies and hospitals.

YOUTH AND ADULT OFFENDERS PROGRAMMING

Youth and Adult Offenders Program provides 24 hour staffed living accommodations for youth and adults living with complex needs.
